Hiring Finance Specialist at a US Pharmaceutical Company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Source to Settle (STS) and Order to Cash (OTC) processes across APAC, primarily for the Japan market
STS scope: vendor onboarding, PO processing, invoice handling, employee expenses, corporate card, payments, and month-end support
OTC scope: customer and credit management, cash application, collections, order management, and month-end activities
Support audits, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous process improvements
Define and monitor service standards and KPIs, maintain internal controls and compliance
Open to occasional business travel within Asia and flexible with potential role rotation or scope changes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in STS/OTC (shared service experience preferred)
Business-level fluency in Japanese (N1 equivalent) and English * Necessary for internal/external communication
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; professional certification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) preferred
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, SOX compliance, and audit processes
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
Additional Information
Expected Salary:Around 5,000/ month ＋VB (around 10% of annual salary)
