My client, an entertainment/media industry is seeking a Finance Executive to join their team. You will play a key role in handling accounts receivable and finance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax.
- Identify, verify and resolve invoicing and billing issues, revenue recognition and accounting discrepancies.
- Managing collection process and processing cash application.
- Performs reports and analysis over accounts receivable aging reports and identifying sustainable strategies.
- Attend to customer inquiries on finance matters.
- Assist in audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business relevant qualifications.
- Minimally 2 years of experiences in handling partial sets of accounts
- Working knowledge of accounts receivable, credit analysis and collections best practices will be a plus point.
- Detail-oriented individual with high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
