F&B Manager
Our client, an F&B retail company, is currently expanding and has created a new role for an F&B Manager as part of their growth strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Lead and guide service staff on food safety, customer service, and compliance.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Manage budgets and implement strategies to maintain profitability.
Track sales performance and present monthly reports with insights for business reviews
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in F&B, Supply Chain, or related courses
- Experience working in the F&B industry with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Possess good knowledge of WSHA, HACCP & MUIS regulation
