Overview
Our client is a well-established Japanese asset management firm based in Singapore, known for its long-standing track record in globally diversified investments tailored to high-net-worth individuals. They are hiring Execution Trader / Corporate Access Coordinator (Japanese speaker).

Key Responsibilities
Execute trades in global equities and fixed income instruments
Manage post-trade settlement processes with accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate investor relations (IR) meetings with listed companies and prepare meeting minutes
Monitor portfolio positions and performance
Support discretionary account operations and liaise with private banks for order placement
Communicate with brokers and custodians to ensure smooth trade execution
Apply fundamental knowledge of equities and bonds in daily operations
Track relevant news, earnings releases, and corporate actions related to portfolio holdings
Provide administrative support to the firm’s principal, including scheduling and documentation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in securities, asset management, or private banking
Hands-on experience in trade execution and settlement operations
Solid understanding of financial instruments, including equities and fixed income
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English for internal and external communication
High attention to detail and a cautious, methodical approach to work
Experience managing multiple accounts and processing orders with precision
Familiarity with middle and back-office functions and workflows
