DISTRIBUTION PLANNING DIRECTOR, APAC
A global retail brand is hiring for a Distribution Planning Director, APAC as part of their business expansion. You will be based in their regional HQ here in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Director for Asia.

As the Distribution Planning Director, APAC, you will be responsible for all distributor planning, revenue generation and inventory optimization within APAC.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the wholesale planning team and drive collaboration through utilizing of all tools available.
- Construct the forecast by aligning with the financial and business plans.
- Working closely with Merchandizing and Commercial team to implement initiatives and actions with partners.
- Responsible for monthly sales and operating forecast and ensuring optimal stock availability throughout the entire supply chain.
- Tracking sales and shipments and identifying gaps versus forecast and new product launches.
- Full ownership of demand and supply reviews, looking into risk and opportunities for business decision making and influencing the financial budgets of the company.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners across the region.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related
- Minimum 8 years of experience in wholesales distribution planning, inventory management or similar function within the FMCG or retail industry
- Strong knowledge in demand planning models, inventory strategies in a matrix market and environment
- Strong in analytical skills, decision making abilities and problem solving
- Result oriented and self driven
