Job Description
· Responsible for supporting the product lines of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) and In-vitro fertilization (IVF)
· Distributor management across SEA to ensure that distributor targets and goals are met
· Provides Sales and Marketing management with insight and feedback gained through distributor and customer interaction to maximize efforts and efficiencies, productivity impact, and decision-making
· Frequent travelling is required (50-70%) to distributors for training, reviews and overall management

Requirements
· At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Medical related fields or a Business Degree
· Possesses 4-6 years of experience in related fields and knowledgeable in ART/IVF; Pharmaceutical or Medical device industries
· Proven track record of success in reaching sales goals in multiple environments
· Managing a commercial group (sales and marketing) that supported a technical group toward a strategic goal
· Fluency in oral and written English to communicate with distributors around SEA, proficiencies in other languages like Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage for the same reason
