Our company is a MNC, headquartered in United States. They are looking for Director, Retail Operations to join the company.
Job Description:
- Drive an obsession with retail excellence and consumer point of view – both DTC retail & wholesale partner retail
- To lead operations of retail stores in Asia and to drive the retail goals, plans and policies
- To drive the Regional Operations Team to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and execute plans to ensure delivery of strong consumer experience, key retail metrics (conversion) and integration of retail systems – top line focus.
- Partner store: Support country wholesale partner store to build overall Playbook roadmap and drive execution.
- Provide leadership to retail stores in Asia to drive the retail goals, plans and policies.
- Drive an aligned and crystal-clear retail business plan for the entire Asia region - inclusive of key retail growth drivers that are closely managed and tracked regularly.
- Serve as expert resource in Retail Operations Management.
- Review, and drive Regional Operations Team to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead region into complete integration of retail systems.
- Support Training initiatives for delivery of World Class Consumer Experience and efficient execution of non-selling tasks.
- Provide expert advice from KPIs mapped to manage efficiency and performance in stores.
- Expand Brand presence through strategic store population directives.
- Mentor and guide countries towards delivery of results via Brand Profitability
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of retail operations and management experience.
- Minimum 8 years in leadership role in multiple stores setting.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Highly collaborative with excellent teaming and interpersonal skills
