Department Manager, Warehouse

DEPARTMENT MANAGER, WAREHOUSE
A leading multinational 3PL firm is looking for an experienced Department Manager, Warehouse to lead and manage the commercial activities and team here in Singapore.

About the Role:
Your main responsibility as the Department Manager, Warehouse is to manage all commercial activities including building and maintaining the relationship with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drives organizational alignment and commitment against Company vision, strategy and priorities
• Achieves financial objectives by supporting the preparation of an annual budget
• Encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
• Developing sales strategies and identifying business opportunities including organic growth with existing clients
• Develop and conduct training to improve team’s capability
• Manage team’s daily operational matters

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in extensive experience and proven track record in sales and as a leader.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent with 5 years of managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Good leadership with experience in leading a team
• Strong business acumen, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
