Our client, an insurance agency is looking for a Service Desk Officer (Part-time).
Office Location: CBD area.
Support Japanese customers in contracting procedures.
Provide customers with a high brand image, service experience, and customer satisfaction.
Assist with digital marketing using data analytics.
Contact insurance companies by email.
Perform administrative tasks such as sending courier services, replenishing and printing forms and brochures, and ordering stationery.
Handle receipt and dispatch of documents internally.
English business level (for internal communication and email correspondence with insurance companies).
Native Japanese level (for communication within the company, especially in reports to superiors).
Proficient PC skills: ability to prepare documents and organize data in Word and Excel.
Hospitality-minded and able to take responsibility.
Previous experience working in an insurance company would be an advantage.
■ Working Condition
Working hours: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, 4.5 days a week (AM only on Fridays).
Working from home: 2.5 days at home, 2 days in the office per week.
Working hours can be adjusted for each day of the week, but a minimum of 3.5 days per week (including one day in the office)
■ Benefits
Salary: $2,700 per month (23 hours per week, $27 per hour).
Transport: paid, $70 per month.
Paid leave: 83 hours per year.
Medical assistance: up to $50 per month for medical expenses, up to $200 per year for annual medical check-up.
Number of interviews: one face-to-face interview scheduled.
