Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries and orders in such a way that the customer is informed correctly and the entry enables timely and correct planning, delivery and invoicing of orders to customers.
  • Ensure that the customer's data is correct and valid in the system
  • Communicate to and participate in customer teams by providing the administrative/sales support and advice, required for the follow up on all customer targets, opportunities, requests, questions in order to reach and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Will work with lead from the company and manage a daily update on meetings / reachouts and create a strong database of connects and leads
  • Outgoing and comfortable to move around and have conversations with customer executives in key accounts
  • 2 to 4 years of experience with ideally some customer facing experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field..
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service, Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Articulate, open to build relationships and flair for sales.
  • Fluent Korean is required to liaise with Korean stakeholders.
