Our client, a service provider within the lifestyle and consumer goods space, is looking for an eCommerce & Digital Strategy Lead as part of expansion plans.
Job description
Responsible for creating a digital strategy and vision for the eCommerce team
Weekly, monthly and management reporting on e-commerce and digital marketing performance.
Analyze on-going campaigns and consumer data to implement more effective ecommerce campaigns and targeting.
Analyze new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape
Stay up to date on new trend and technologies to improve website performance
Constantly think of new ways to drive customer adoption and engagement and keeping a close eye on competitor strategies
Build a revenue forecast model to support Ecommerce operations on challenging market's business performance and plans
Coordinate with various teams to execute content and site enhancements, improving user experience to meet those needs
Requirements
Degree qualification
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in an eCommerce role, driving user growth, or e-tailing/ online selling/ merchant management/ online supply chain management related field
Familiar with data-driven e-commerce selling, current e-commerce models, e-commerce payment, fulfilment, and logistics
Good understanding on ecommerce operations, with knowledge of SEM & SEO tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, written, and verbal skills
