Clinical Application Specialist

Our client, a total solution provider for the scientific and medical industry is now seeking a self-driven Clinical Application Specialist to provide extensive support to the customers in the field and internal support for the medical sales team.
  
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• To offer customer support through visits, phone calls, email communications, and hands-on training, both on-site and virtual.
• Committed to continuously exploring new products and technologies that are in line with its existing product portfolio or current market trends.
• To provide comprehensive product knowledge and application assistance to sales personnel throughout the sales cycle, from presales to the end of the cycle and post-sales support.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Holds a Diploma/Degree, preferably with background in Respiratory Therapy and Intensive Care
• Prior work experience from Respiratory/ICU/Critical Care Departments in local government or private institutions would be essential.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Target driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Meticulous and organized personality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
