【Responsibility】
Lead the entire marketing function
A. Build a marketing strategy
1. Build a marketing strategy in line with the corporate strategy of the group and thebusiness and obtain approval from management
B. Execution of marketing strategy
1. Corporate Marketing
2. Product marketing
3. In-house marketing
4. General
C. Measuring the effectiveness of marketing strategies
1. KPI setting and supervision
2. Achievement analysis, execution of PDCA cycle
3. ROI analysis and evaluation of subcontractors
4. Regular reports to management and related departments, proposals for improvement plans
5. Development of growth hack strategies/tactics to maximize corporate value at the fastest speed without being bound by traditional methods/thinking
【Requirement】
1. Experience in contributing to corporate growth through hands-on involvement in the upstream and downstream processes of marketing activities
2. Have a deep understanding of how to increase important traffics and how to measure, track and optimize them
3. Experience in pursuing growth hacks and producing results exceeding the resources given, without being bound by traditional theory/thinking
4. Have IT knowledge at the business level
5. Strong interest in blockchain industry

【Other information】
Location: Singapore or Remote working in your country
Package: Basic salary(S$8,000 – 12,000) + AWS + company share(depends on your performance)
