Our client is a leading IT consulting company in Japan, supporting clients’ transformation of management, business, and IT. We are looking for an ERP Consultant / Development Lead responsible for end‑to‑end ERP(Odoo) implementation for Japanese enterprises expanding across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on Fit‑to‑Standard system design, hands‑on development leadership, and close collaboration with offshore delivery teams to solve complex business and operational challenges.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead system design, development, testing, and data migration for ERP projects.
- Define and execute development and testing strategies, schedules, and delivery methods with offshore partners
- Translate business requirements into Fit‑to‑Standard ERP solutions, minimizing customization
- Actively engage in execution, managing tasks, issues, and progress during development, testing, and migration phases
- Ensure high system quality and scalable solutions across multi‑country projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in ERP / packaged software implementations (ERP, SCM, etc.)
Strong understanding of Fit‑to‑Standard methodologies and data migration
Leadership experience in development, testing, or migration phases of global IT projects
