One of our Japanese retail companies is looking for Chief Marketing Officer(CMO) for Taiwan market reporting to local and regional Managements.
※ Take note that this job requires to be based in Taipei City, Taiwan permanently
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor the effectiveness of each advertisement and analyze the data of each advertisement to provide suggestions and solutions
2. Reporting all kinds of reports, results and provide suggestions for ad optimization to managements
3. Planning and preparation of marketing programs, external marketing activities and media activities
In the future, you will be involved in not only Taiwan’s marketing activities but also other countries too!

Head count of team：7 (Marketing Manager and staffs including Designer and Photographer)
JOB REQUIREMENT
● Chinese: Native level as all the team members are Taiwanese and required to use Chinese often
● English: Business proficient as required to speak with reporting lines and collaborate with other countries personnel with using English
● At least 5 -10 years of marketing experience in Retail industry
● Experience in social media marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more
● Experience in digital media resources allocation and planning, and strategic marketing layout
● Proficient in marketing research about Taiwan and statistical analysis
● Personnel who graduated from MBA is preferable
● English: Business proficient as required to speak with reporting lines and collaborate with other countries personnel with using English
● At least 5 -10 years of marketing experience in Retail industry

OTHER INFORMATIONS
‐ Type of employment: Permanent
‐ Probation Period: 3 months
‐ Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (Other options: 9:00 - 18:00, 11:00 - 20:00)
‐ Annual Leave: In accordance with Taiwan's Labor Standards Law
‐ Salary: Up to 2 Million TWD (Including bonus, depending on the experience)
‐ Bonus: Once a year/Before Chinese New Year (Need to be working more than 6 months/1 month worth)
‐ 三節奨金: 2,000 TWD before Dragon Boat Festival, Mid Autumn Festival and Chinese New Year
‐ Getting a pay raise twice a year and able to talk with MD/GM for 1 on 1 interview for salary and conditions
‐ SUMMIT (annually event held by company)
‐ High performer able to have a chance to go for overseas trip
‐ Providing additional Group Insurance package
‐ Reimbursing of Health Screening fee once in two years
‐ Employee discount for own products
