Our client leading provider of recruiting services for Healthcare and Social Assistance workers and employers are currently looking for highly motivated Customer Service Manager to join their admirable team. You will play a vital role in motivating and guiding the team, while also nurturing their professional growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be responsible to manage the business and deliver results for our job seekers and employers. This includes successful placements, length of recruitment and contact reason codes.
- Create processes which provide insight into the voice of the Job Seekers and employee(s).
- Lead by example and action an inclusive work environment.
- Manage a team of 5 – 15 employees.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement to deliver operational efficiencies. Specifically, you will be a key component to build the Voice of Job Seeker program as to their friction, stalled progress, and impediments to placement within the US marketplace. Over time, this program will make the Job Seeker program frictionless for those seeking new opportunities,
- Build a differentiated work environment that attracts talent for those passionate about driving customer and Job Seeker satisfaction.
- Advocate for your teammates through feedback and celebrating their achievements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum a bachelor's degree qualification.
- At least 5 years of working experience in call center environment.
- Experience in leading a team and demonstrated experience of driving customer and employee satisfaction.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets.
