An experienced candidate (Business, Marketing and Program Coordinator) to be based on-site at the regional headquarters in Singapore, working with stakeholders across the APAC region.   The primary function will be to oversee and drive internal corporate programs across the APAC Services Business and working with the Leadership team to land key internal programs and strategy through communications.

 

Experience in managing and/or coordinating cross functional projects is essential. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite proficiency required (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) Any formal project management training considered a positive. Experience in internal communications to drive programs and/or marketing experience would be key in the role. 

 

Working onsite at Microsoft APAC HQ in Singapore, this person will be expected to demonstrate strong business program management skills, communication skills and provide leadership and strength in delivering projects on time across several functional areas and subsidiaries.

 

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have a strong passion for managing and coordinating programs of work in a fast paced dynamic environment.

 

Specific responsibilities:

 

  • Work with Services leadership across HQ and Subsidiary to deliver on time outcomes to the necessary quality expectation.
  • Ability to take direction but also to be able to use initiative to deliver outcomes as needed.
  • Development and execution of an internal communications plan to ensure key strategy and programs to subsidiaries.
  • Define, implement, and maintain project KPIs and reports.
  • Support of APAC leadership team on managing communication strategy

 

Excellent understanding of internal communications, strong write skills to come up with content for LinkedIn newsletter, Articulation and execution. Email skills and PowerPoint Skills. Project management/coordination experience

 

Ideally someone who is very competent and experienced in running internal programs within the organization. This role requires a strong focus on internal communications elements. Prior experience in Program management, strong team collaboration with sales and other stakeholders despite challenges to move things forward. A pro-active person.

 

Enthusiastic and passionate about the role, willing and determine to overcome challenges, willingness to test and try new things with a can-do attitude.
