JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Business Development Manager to help us grow in Japan. You’ll take full ownership of sales activities — from strategy to execution — and work closely with both local partners and our APAC and HQ teams
•Grow our presence and increase revenue in Japan by proposing and driving your own business development strategies
•Manage the entire sales process, from first contact to closing deals and onboarding new customers
•Build and lead our go-to-market approach for Japan, acting as the local expert and owner of success
•Work together with lead generation partners and internal teams to keep a strong pipeline
•Give engaging product demos and presentations tailored to Japanese clients
•Adapt sales materials and communication for the Japanese market
•Manage the entire sales process, from first contact to closing deals and onboarding new customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in software, cosmetics, or related industries
•Proven success in handling complex deals and meeting sales goals
•Fluent in Japanese to work with Japanese clients and partners closely.
•Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys building from scratch
•Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international startup environment
•Willing to travel within Japan as needed
