Role Overview:
Embark on a dynamic role spearheading commercial and business growth in the Aerospace sector for South Asia Oceania. As a pivotal member, you'll collaborate globally, regionally, and with Operating Companies (Opcos) to craft and execute cutting-edge commercial strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of the Aerospace IV Team, reporting to the esteemed Global Head of Aerospace IV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Opcos to meet regional targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline via monthly PDCA Calls.
- Formulate and endorse the Aerospace IV strategy.
- Drive global Aerospace IV development by translating insights into impactful sales collateral.
- Aid Opcos in advancing Aerospace IV business.
- Lead key RFQ in tandem with Opcos and tender teams.
- Enhance Opcos Aerospace experience through targeted onboard meetings.
- Craft Aerospace IV-specific value propositions and commercial models.
- Analyze and elevate sales for major industries.
- Educate Opcos on Aerospace IV characteristics and effective approach methods.
- Execute annual IV development plans, adjusting based on feedback.
- Proactively contribute to formulating IV development plans for the following year.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of Aerospace IV experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of specific industries.
- Exhibit logical thinking with a focus on optimizing logistics.
- Showcase strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
- Proficient in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
