Our client a major real estate developer in Asia is currently expanding and are looking to hire a highly motivated Project Sales Manager to join their admirable team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the Deputy GM, you will be responsible to conduct market research and feasibility studies of Indonesia real estate development business.
- Acquire of new projects including selection and negotiation with potential partners
- Construction progress management and project management of acquired properties for existing development projects.
- Frequent travel to meet with potential clients/partners or to visit the project site and conduct market studies of Indonesia properties.
- Prepare sales reporting materials.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum a Diploma or bachelor's degree qualification
- At least 3 - 5 years of sales experience in acquisition properties or project management of development process preferred.
- Good team player, resourceful and independent.
- Strong Business Analytical skills and Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills
