Business Analyst (Transaction Banking System, Japanese Speaking)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
One of the largest global conglomerates’ system integrator is looking for Business Analyst to work onsite at a bank, their client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand business functions, document requirements, define & control the scope of projects.
• Review technical system design document in English/Japanese and set direction to the development team.
• Handle multiple projects/requirements for APAC countries.
• Work with business stakeholders to manage business scope and expectations and bridge the communication between business users and the technical team.
• Support users on production issues & act as subject matter expert role.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years experience with Transaction Banking and/or Bank Payments domain for multiple APAC countries.(nice to have)
• Knowledge of full software development life cycle (Must)
• Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation (nice to have)
• Familiar with project management concepts, have experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors across multiples countries (Must)
• Have working experience in Japanese Company/Project Experience dealing with Japanese Company
• Proficient in Japanese and English, to communicate with Japanese-speaking or English-speaking stakeholders and technical documents written in Japanese or English.
• Be a self-starter, and able to work independently
• Issue escalation to the right person promptly
• Ability to work effectively as individual or with a team to understand and interpret requirements leading to technical implementation.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and to prioritize tasks effectively.

BENEFITS
Package: Depends on your experience (base S$7,000 ~ 9,000/m + AWS + variable bonus around 2 months)
Working Location: Singapore (East)
