Job Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and client service support (in relation to transaction handling) to Relationship Managers servicing Corporate Banking clients
• Provide administrative and client service support (in relation to transaction handling) to Relationship Managers servicing Corporate Banking clients
• Deals with client enquiries and resolves where possible
• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of clients’ instructions and transactions on Corporate Loans, Fixed Deposits, Remittances, etc. (such as quoting of rates, rate fixing, liaising with clients, treasury, and back office)
• Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts
• Prepare exceptional handing on irregular transactions, track and follow up on outstanding documentation
• Coordinate with Treasury, Back Office, and other functional areas as necessary
• Perform basic name screening using World Check, Microsoft and Google for Transaction Check Sheet
• Ensures compliance with HQ, local & internal regulations in relation to client’s documentation, instruction etc.
Job Requirements
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with banking experience
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with banking experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing or operations within financial institutions
• Good working knowledge of corporate banking products and services including relevant operational processes on Corporate Loans, Fixed Deposits, Remittances, etc.
• Good interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
• Team player
• Meticulous, strong attention to detail
