【Job Role】
1, Operations of Co-working Space
Communicate closely with customers, understand their needs, and provide necessary support.
Planning and managing events for community building and development.
2， Sales and Marketing, Branding, Consultation
Set annual goals, implement, and review measures to raise brand awareness
Solve clients’ business issues through communicating with more than 100 corporate clients and government agencies
3，Management of operations team (3-5 people)
*In the future, you will have a chance to promote to manager, senior manager and general manager.
【Requirement】
-Japanese speaking ability (JLPT N2 or above, To be used for communication with both clients and Internal Japanese Managers)
-More than 3 years of working experience in the hospitality business, customer service, community management, client management, event planning, PR or related experience
-Able to communicate with anyone proactively
-1 year of team leading or assisting team management experience
-Be creative and willing to take on new challenges
-Hospitality mindset

Salary: S$5000-6000（Assistant Manager）
AWS: yes
VB: depending on company and individual performance
Location: CBD area
Transport allowance: S$100/month
Annual Leave: 14 days for the first year,1 day added for subsequent year up to 21 days

Work Hours: Shift work of 44 hours per week (MON-FRI 9:00-18:00 basically)

company events: 2-3 times/month (weekday nights till 9:30pm, SAT and SUN)
