AI Strategy Lead APAC

Spearhead the discovery, development, and implementation of AI and digital solutions throughout the digital insurance journey. 

Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance the digital stack, including microservices, AI APIs, and customer engagement tools. 

Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to prototype and scale innovative ideas. 

Oversee the innovation pipeline from idea generation to proof-of-concept and scaling. 

Translate digital strategies into actionable tech solutions, bridging the gap between business and IT teams. 

Monitor trends in insurtech, fintech, and e-commerce to assess their applicability. 

Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with tech teams. 

Conduct user research and usability studies, working closely with designers and developers. 

Translate consumer needs and partner requirements into new product features. 

Enhance platform propositions to support long-term market strategy. 

Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog for digital products, ensuring timely delivery. 

Continuously monitor and optimize product performance through iterative improvements. 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 

Certifications or courses in AI or advanced programming are highly valued. 

Proven experience leading tech innovation in the insurance, fintech or e-commerce sectors. 

Strong analytical skills and experience in user research and usability studies. 

Ability to manage innovation pipelines and product roadmaps effectively. 

Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
