Due to a global expansion need, we are currently looking for a Tech and Cyber Risk Manager to be based in Singapore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for creating, updating, and overseeing technology, cybersecurity, and data management policies across the bank in collaboration with various technology and business departments. This role ensures uniform application of these policies bank-wide and monitors their adherence. The position involves identifying and evaluating risks in technology, cybersecurity, and data governance areas.

- Managing the bank's technology and cybersecurity risk management initiatives, and conducting due diligence on third parties like service providers and partners in terms of tech and cyber risks.
- Collaboration with technology and business teams to maintain policy compliance and meet regulatory demands is crucial. This includes ongoing risk assessments to ensure compliance in technology and cybersecurity, such as RCSA and KRI, and enhancing the risk monitoring process continually.
- Keeping abreast of new regulatory requirements, performing gap analyses against new regulations and guidelines, and monitoring the evolving risk landscape and emerging threats in the banking sector, understanding new risks and technologies to manage them effectively.
- Should have a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity with at least 7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or information technology risk management.
- A profound understanding of banking industry best practices, policies, and standards in tech and cyber risk management, and data governance is essential.
- Must be knowledgeable about regulatory requirements from MAS and other financial regulators in the region.
- Practical experience in performing tech and cyber risk assessments, compliance assessments, and audits, managing both internal and external audits, and regulatory engagements is necessary. Experience in leading tech and cyber risk programs is preferred.
- Candidates with certifications like CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are highly desirable
