JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strengthen the performance of the operations and supply chain teams by improving planning, execution, reporting, and quality programs, all while aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee diverse aspects of the manufacturing process, including procurement, delivery, warehousing of materials, inventory control, and distribution of finished goods.
- Take responsibility for product quality, ensuring robust ownership systems are in place to safeguard the brand portfolio and enhance customer and consumer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Coach and empower the team to develop the essential competencies.
- Represent the company professionally in interactions with customers and vendors, adhering to the values of a world-class organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management or Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in supply chain management within the food FMCG industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring teams.
- Strong business acumen, adept at aligning supply chain strategies with overall business goals.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving supply chain challenges.
