Senior Cloud and DevSecOps Engineer

Our client is a leading technology solutioning firm in Asia, specializing in providing comprehensive cyber solutions, AI and cloud services. The company focuses on protecting critical information assets and infrastructure for clients across various industries, utilizing cutting-edge technology and a team of highly skilled cybersecurity experts. Our client is looking for a Senior Cloud and DevSecOps Engineer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Cloud Technical Committee to develop the company's cloud platform architecture and framework, ensuring optimal operation of cloud services.
• Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and various teams to gather business requirements, design effective solutions, and formulate both technical architecture and execution plans.
• Engage in the evaluation, creation, and refinement of policies and frameworks governing the use of the cloud platform.
• Design and implement a secure, scalable cloud platform to deliver security services, including identity and access management, network security, application security, and data protection.
• Develop a product roadmap for future enhancements of the company’s cloud platform.
• Create and update technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, design documents, and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Design and execute DevSecOps processes for the continuous delivery and integration of security services into cloud environments.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and services across platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, encompassing virtual machines, containers, networking, and storage services.
• Guarantee that the platform adheres to security and compliance standards, including ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to the team, mentor junior members, conduct code reviews, and uphold quality control in all deliverables.
• Participate in assessing technologies and offering recommendations to ensure the security platform leverages the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for the security services platform.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Hands-on experience in DevSecOps, cloud operations, and cloud security best practices
• Strong knowledge of security technologies such as identity and access management, network security, application security, and data protection
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and implementing compliance requirements such as ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator Associate or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer
• Expert-level cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect are a plus
