About the Sales Manager (Cooling Solution) Role: 
In the dynamic world of data center cooling, you'll lead a sales team to uncover new opportunities and secure deals for customized cooling solutions.  Understanding client needs is key – you'll be their trusted advisor, crafting proposals that ensure their data centers run efficiently. But it's not just about closing deals – exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships are crucial. You'll also keep a pulse on the market, adapting strategies to capitalize on new trends and maintain a competitive edge.  This role is perfect for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, driven to ensure both client success and smashing sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute a rock-solid sales strategy to smash short and long-term goals. Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and close deals that meet client needs and drive business growth. Be a problem-solver, crafting win-win solutions that deliver value and success.
  • Uncover new sales opportunities, upsell existing clients, and keep your pipeline overflowing.
  • Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals that resonate with clients. Deliver insightful business reviews to management.
  • Manage the Full Cycle: Provide expert support throughout the entire sales journey – prospecting, development, closing, and post-sales care.
  • Team up with marketing and business development to identify new market segments and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor your team, elevating their sales skills, knowledge, and collaboration.
  • Build strong connections with business partners and stakeholders to uncover new leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge to engage with clients across industries. Co-create solutions that address engineering concerns. Contribute strategic thinking to support company growth.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of evolving customer needs and preferences across different regions.  Use your insights to champion customer-centric solutions, ensuring their offerings resonate with the ever-changing marketplace.

Key Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry
  • Driven to learn, grow, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Excel at consultative selling, engaging clients at all levels.
  • Communicate effectively and negotiate skillfully to resolve issues.
  • Think outside the box to solve problems and lead your team.
  • Leverage business models, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen to size up opportunities and risks.
