Manage and attend to specific customers to achieve the company’s sales budget.
Handle account management for assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Support departmental objectives and contribute to overall business goals.
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries.
Provide accurate sales forecasts to the plant for raw material and production capacity planning.
Collaborate with overseas representatives to develop new customer opportunities.
Assist in the implementation and execution of plans to attract and develop new customers.
Develop and present short- and long-term market demand plans.
Conduct market surveys and analyze data to provide actionable insights to management
Requirements
A degree in any Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
Outgoing personality with the ability to work independently.
Solid understanding of general market trends and dynamics.
Strong marketing strategy and analytical skills.
