JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage project schedules
Coordinate teams and track progress
Handle change orders and time extension claims
Allocate resources and manage contractors
Identify risks and ensure safety compliance
Lead meetings and update stakeholders
Oversee project closeout and documentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
8+ years in construction project planning
Completed:
3+ building/infrastructure projects
1+ reclamation project
Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proactive and committed to improvement
Working Location: Singapore
