Job Brief:

As a vital ambassador of their medical programs, reporting directly to the Managing Director Resort and in dotted line to Corporate Medical Head, you will be at the forefront of our mission to help patients/clients live healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives. Through pioneering week-long programs, the company offers revitalizing, immune-boosting, and rebalancing itineraries tailored to longevity. Their holistic approach integrates cutting-edge preventative medicine and genetics with bespoke lifestyle and nutrition plans, led by medical and holistic specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Health Resort meets brand standards.

• Manage daily operations, ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations.

• Oversee inventory control, guest experiences, teaching, and research.

• Supervise medical SOP, practice, and execution.

• Complete other tasks assigned by the Resort MD and corporate headquarters.

   

Key Requirements:

• Hold a Medical degree in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Preventive Medicine, or General Medicine.

• Have rich experience in medical management and problem-solving.

• Be skilled in training therapy teams and improving service and medical quality.

• Possess comprehensive medical professional knowledge and practical management experience, with skill in interpreting health reports.

• Possess great interpersonal and communication skills to develop lasting relationships with customers.
