Facilities Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Waste Water Treatment Plant.

• Lead maintenance, repair, and modification of facility equipment.

• Manage contractors and ensure safety and quality standards.

• Plan and execute overhauls and system improvements.

• Monitor equipment condition and implement improvement plans.

• Support budgeting, new installations, and conservation programs.

• Handle maintenance contracts and renewals.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering.

• Knowledge of electrical systems, chilled water, and compressed air.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Team-oriented, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
