Position: Corporate Ticketing Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Attend to corporate travel enquires and request through phone calls &emails from corporate clients
-To provide information on travel visa requirements & insurance
-Liaise with the airlines& overseas offices for the operational works
-Handles travel operations including quotations, reservations, ticketing, and invoicing.
-To maintain & update the corporate client’s profile in the system
-Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Experience & Skillset required:
-Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
-At least 3 years of relevant work experience in handling corporate clients
-Familiar with GDS, preferably Sabre system
-Excellent communication & written skills in English & Japanese to support the Japanese corporate clients’ travel enquiries
-Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
-Willing to work on after office hour if necessary
-Knowledge of MS Office
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
Other Terms & Benefits:
•Salary: Up to S$4200/month
•Probationary Period: 3 months (maybe extended subject to the performance)
•Annual Leave: 1st & 2nd year - 14 days
•Birthday Leave: 1 day / annum
