Position: Business Manager
Business Management
· Budget management around USD 8M/ year (finance management) MS Finance (20 IOs, monthly/ seasonality) (20%)
· Scheduling/ Admin support (PC purchase, onboarding etc) – Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, Excel (able to create a structure, update table, formulas for summary (15%)
· Expense reports for team of 13 pp/ compliance / PO creation – MS Policy (10%)
· Rhythm of the Business and Planning (monthly and quarterly cadence for QBC/ USO) for corporate, segment, partner, special initiatives etc. This person needs to be able to take notes/ project management and track actions to close. On small scale basis (30%)
· Team cadence, scheduling offsite logistic/ event management (15%)
· Orchestrate the monthly newsletters with contributions from team
