My client is a leading IT consulting company in Japan, which support clients’ transformation of management, business, and IT. They have strengths in handling project from planning to IT implementation without handovers by utilizing our accumulated project knowhow and knowledge as methodology. In addition to IT consulting, our group has developed technology-based businesses as business innovation. (ex. digital marketing, IT education, e-commerce and etc) .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with project teams such as central PMO, Branch users or external vendor to gather information, clarify the requirements, analyze the regulations, or coordinate system tasks.
- Manage the project progress or issues. Prepare the reports for Central PMO and Managements.
- In case of persistent issues or outstanding tasks, work together with the related teams or Central PMO to promote the project smoothly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
・5+ years of experience in banking or any related field.
・3+ years of experience of management and promotion of system implementation project as PMO
・3+ years of experience of operation planning as Business Analyst
・ Good documentation capabilities of project management documents (Issue management/tracking, Task progress management (Todo/Status/Timeline), Minutes of meetings, etc.)
・ Good communication/negotiation skill to liaise with the users, IT team, external vendor and HQ team regarding inquiries, issues, etc. under client's PM in order to promote the project smoothly.
・ Knowledge or Analysis skills on banking operations. KYC-related knowledge is advantage.
