COMPANY OVERVIEW 
An Assistant Property Manager role in a Leading Industrial Property Management company in the East of Singapore. This role requires support the daily operations of property management by performing administrative tasks, organizing property viewings, and handling resident relations.


About the Assistant Property Manager Role: 
The responsibility of this position includes building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants. Also to support the day-to-day operations of our residents, support staff and general operations of our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Maintain a system of ensuring high standards of safety and maintenance
  • Keep daily, weekly, monthly record of maintenance complaints by various category, showing down time, response time etc and investigate lapses
  • Keep a record of expenditure incurred for each building and major component of building
  • Feedback to Contract & procurement if there are areas to improve on the contract specifications
  • Ensure that all our contractors, site staff are properly attired and equipped with the right tools for the job to prevent accidents
  • Update progress of CAPEX works
  • Planning for the building’s OPEX and CAPEX as part of the annual budgeting exercise

To succeed in the Assistant Property Manager, you need to establish trust, respect, and rapport with your tenants, owners, and vendors. You need to listen to their needs, concerns, and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
 
Key Requirements: 
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Building / Facilities / Property Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience within in property or facilities management
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Possess the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
  • Financial Management skills including budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage
  • Familiar with Authority Compliance (i.e. SCDF, PUB, BCA etc.) relevant to Property Management
