Admin position at Japanese trading company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Chief Strategy Officer with admin tasks
Prepare and follow up on Board meetings
Create documents for Board approvals
Communicate with Japan HQ and other departments
Prepare reports to send to HQ
Help with general office operations
Prepare and check expense claims
Maintain office equipment
Book hotels and flights
Support departments (HR, DX, Trade Support) with communication in Japanese
Help organize team or company events
Handle payments and receivables
Arrange purchases and check invoices
Confirm vendor details and create vendors in SAP
Enter payment/receivable info in SAP
Work with vendors and internal teams to solve issues
Support executives with secretarial tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (Necessary for internal/external communication)
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent in M/S Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good interpersonal skills and communications skills
- Positive attitude with an open and learning mindset to embrace new challenges
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Meticulous and good flair for numbers
Additional Details
- Expected Salary for this position: $3500-4500
