JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Closely liaise with internal and external parties for smooth shipping arrangement
- Prepare shipping document accurate and timely manner
- Update shipment status to customer periodically
- Provide necessary support to the team such as preparing documents like quotation and contract
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Related hands on working experience is a must
- Having strong communication and coordination skill
- Proactive and self-motivated person who is able work under fast paced environment
- Detail oriented and have good time management
- Possess good analyzing and interpretation skill
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Organized, Accurate, Quality Focus and Efficient
