SHIFT ENGINEER - Up to $5k
The client is a major chemical company affiliated with one of the largest chemical complexes on Jurong Island.
YOUR JOB ROLE
- Provide supervision and guidance to technicians and senior technicians
- Work with superintendent and supervisors to ensure smooth process operations
- Troubleshoot and handle issues during shift
- Escalate issues to senior management or maintenance department
- Provisions of subject matter expert advice on projects and expansion as per plant team requirements
- Report to senior management team
- Ensure all EHS rules and regulations are strictly adhered to
REQUIREMENTS
- Acute eye for detail
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a respectable institution
- Prior experience in Aspen Hysys or DCS based SCADA systems
- Role comes with training and guidance
