Service Sales Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• To identify, promote and solicit sales for pump and system proactively. Develop customer base that will enable the Company to profitably sell service solutions and increase customer share.
• Learn the products assigned and articulate the knowledge for productive business output independently.
• Maintain current knowledge of product lines, company sales philosophy and policies.
• Monitor market trends and competition and adjust efforts to accomplish or improve upon budgeted results.

• To prepare sales activity reports, follow-up action plans and feedback on competitors’ activities to Sales Manager.
• Oversee the internal sales administration and monitor Sales activity / condition.
• Provide professional and committed service to customers. Resolve problems/issues and concerns of customers.
• Service new and existing customer accounts and serve as customer relations contact with customers to increase and enhance sales of equipment.

• Assist and ensure full effort is given for collections/dues from the customer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• Minimum 3 years working experiences in water treatment or oil & gas indsstry.
• Diploma or degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical and electronic engineering  
• Able to travel in SEA country.
• Self-independent and problem solving personality.
