Senior Manager - AI&Data, Japanese Speaking, Southeast Asia

My client is one of the top consulting firms in the world who is widely providing consulting services all over the world as well as across Southeast Asia.
They are looking to hire AI & Data professionals in the Senior Manager class to lead their business for Japanese clients in Southeast Asia market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To deliver projects that utilize your individual strengths in a business that supports the activities of Japanese companies in Southeast Asia.
• To perform various activities related to project/customer development.
• To exercise leadership and manage a mixed team with local members as a project manager, while also supporting developing projects and customers by utilizing your individual strengths.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to proactively communicate with diverse stakeholders, negotiate directly with clients, and actively work on project delivery.
• Project experience in the above areas at a consulting firm or IT vendor.
• Business fluency of Japanese language to communicate with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
• Expertise in the following analytics and data fields.
• Must have knowledge and experience in any of the following:
• Knowledge about data strategy, processes and architecture
  • Knowledge and experience in corporate data utilization strategies, organizations to achieve them, data governance, data management processes, and architecture concept planning
• Experience in implementing BI / Data Lake / DWH / Metadata management / ETL, etc.
• BI (Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI, etc.) consulting/implementation experience
• Consulting/implementation experience in Data Lake, DWH, metadata management, ETL, etc.
• Consulting/implementation experience related to data governance
• Consulting/implementation experience related to MDM
• Implementation experience with Customer Data Platform
• Consulting and implementation experience related to CDP using GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.
• Analytics/AI knowledge/experience
  • Knowledge of data science (statistics, machine learning, etc.) and data analysis programming such as Python and R, or development and implementation experience using AutoML such as Data Robot.
  • Experience with AI operations such as MLOps

• Achievements in contributing to project orders through proposal activities
• Project lead experience

Good to have

• Consulting experience in data strategy, data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), data management, BI, Analytics, AI, etc. at a consulting company.
• Experience building data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), data management, BI, Analytics, and AI at an IT vendor, and has the qualifications as a consultant.

BENEFITS

• Package: Depending on your experience (Annual package will be JPY15,000,000~25,000,000, paid in a local currency)
• Working Location: You will belong to one of their ASEAN offices (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam), but projects you will join will be varied in all over ASEAN.
