Our client, well-established Japanese company looks for Senior Finance Executive.
M-F 8:30-17:30/ SGD7.5 + VB
【Responsibilities】
1．Support the senor finance manager on financial control, financial reporting, tax and regulatory matters
2．Ensure accounting and reporting functions are in compliance with accounting standards, regulatory and internal policies, procedures and guidelines
3．Manage month end closing and financial reporting
4．In charge of GL and fixed assets
5．Prepare quarterly consolidation package
6．Liaise with external auditors and oversee the year-end audit process
7．Prepare and review audit schedules as well as full set of statutory financial statements
8．Prepare and submit withholding tax and quarterly GST filing
9．Participate in system implementation projects
10．Oversight of the accounts payable process and approval of payments
11．Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
【Requirements】
1．Degree in Accountancy or possess ACCA or equivalent qualification
2．Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity/role including at least 1 year in team management
3．Audit and systems implementation experience will be an advantage
4．Good knowledge of Singapore FRS, GST rules and internal controls
5．Hands-on, detailed and proactive with ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
6．Knowledge of Oracle EBS and SAP FICO systems will be an advantage
7．Proficient in Microsoft Excel
