Our client is an MNC with regional presence in the real estate industry. They are looking for a Corporate Executive.
JOB RERSPONSIBILITY
Corporate secretary-related duties at the time of change of directors and annual general meetings (collaboration with corporate secretary companies)
MD secretary-related duties
Management service contract-related duties
Business trip arrangement-related duties (flight and hotel reservations, visas, overseas travel insurance, etc.)
Expatriate support duties (housing, insurance, various inquiries, etc.)
Head office reporting-related (support for monthly business reports, etc.)
Translation of corporate management-related documents (Japanese/English)
Office management-related duties (arranging courier deliveries, equipment management, visitor support, etc.)
Credit card and subscription management
Other ad-hoc duties (including arranging Christmas cards and gifts, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENT
5 years or more related work experience
Responsible, attentive to details, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Team player and good at multitasking
Experience in process improvement
Business level or higher Japanese language skills (necessary for communication with the Japanese headquarters, affiliated companies, and external vendors)
Business level or higher English skills (necessary for internal and external communication)
[Preferred] Experience as a corporate secretary

Expected salary: S$4,500 - 5,500/month
