Our client, a Japanese Food Trading firm is seeking for a Sales Support who is document management and handling orders and records.
Job Responsibilities
· Support sales function such as data entry, document management, scheduling and monthly reporting
· Handle purchasing practice – products from Japan, China, Vietnam, etc
· Perform order fulfilment tasks and handle shipping documentation
· Maintain filing, updating and upkeeping or records
· Managing stock inventory and sales operation
· Handling customers’ inquiries and maintaining quality service to customers
· Perform any other additional duties and assigned
Job Requirement
· 1-2 years of sales support or purchasing experience
· Proficiency in Japanese language is required due to frequent liaising with Japanese counterparts and handling of Japanese documents
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Friendly personality and ability to work in a team as well as independently without supervision
· Meticulous, well-organized and able to prioritise workload
