Responsible for a team to develop and secure business in the APMEA region targeting the A&D community.
Job Responsibilities
Manage, train, develop high performing sales team
Establish meaningful and high-level relationships with potential and existing specifiers
Meet and exceed annual goals and KPIs
Establish, implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Develop strategies that show growth trends for the required goals and implement EMEA plan
Penetrate targeted accounts and establish key decision makers and specifiers
Build awareness of competitive ability within assigned territory
Involve other sales groups in appropriate opportunities
Follow all relevant associated procedures and compliances
Maintain knowledge levels on all products and services
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience
Minimum Degree level education, post graduate preferred
Proven demonstrable track record of working with Architecture and Design community
Strong interpersonal skills
