Business: Semiconductor & Electronic Related tapes and machinery products for pre-assembly and backend process solutions for semiconductor packages.
Position: Sales Engineer
Experience: Semiconductor-related / engineering background
Qualification: Min Diploma in Engineering
Responsibilities:
Client Management:

• Manage and service assigned customer accounts, both locally and/or overseas.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Area Development:

• Develop an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

Product Consultation:

• Assist customers in selecting/qualifying the appropriate products based on their specific requirements.
• Provide technical expertise to address client needs and concerns.

Coordination and Support:

• Collaborate with the Admin. Department to address product claims, process orders from customers, and fulfill any specific requirements from clients.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different departments to meet customer expectations.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Compile statistics and prepare various sales/customer reports for management as needed.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in semiconductor-related or engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor and electronic industry processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
