Job Responsibilities
· Handle sales support, secretarial and administrative duties
· Handle Import, export and domestic shipment and shipping documentation
· Generating Sales and Purchase quotation, Contracts, Invoice, delivery order and shipping documents
· Correspondence with supplier, customers, freight forwarder on shipment arrangement
· Negotiation with Supplier & Customers on complaints and etc
· Manage Inventory Management
· Administration duties e.g. answering phone call, filling and serving drink for visitor
· Input data to accounting software
Job Requirement
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Access Application
· Experience in Outlook Express
· Flexible and responsible
· Strong interpersonal skills / positive attitude
