- Sales Support
- Order Management, Issue invoice
- Stock Management
- Customer Service (Response to inquiries both B2B/B2C, Reservation Management)
- Support of Therapist in salon for eye/nail/div therapy
- Relevant experience in Sales Support / Customer Service
- Japanese language is an added advantage to liaise with customers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
