JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all seafood processing activities from receiving to packing.
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, FDA/SFA regulations, and internal QA standards.
Oversee accurate product labelling to maintain full traceability throughout production.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation for receiving, production, storage, and dispatch.
- Verify inventory data against system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize spoilage and maintain freshness.
Prepare production reports covering yield, wastage, productivity, and operational costs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
In-depth knowledge of seafood handling processes, cold-chain management, and traceability systems.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to food safety and product quality.
Familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
Ability to work in cold, wet environments and perform manual tasks.
