Responsibilities
• This position contributes to the business by providing regional retail management direction, policy and guideline.
• Analyse regional market trends, internal data, customer feedback, competition, current offering structure and strategic priorities to help define new offerings for the region, create go-to-market strategies and plans, and drive go-to-market execution.
• Size business opportunities in the region, category/ segment, product-level l to facilitate in product launch planning.  Influence market positioning, value propositions and product roadmap together with PM team based on solid retail insights
• Strategic Lead, oversee and manage field force strategy for the region including resource allocation (deployment efficiency), compensation and benefits management, promoter grading, training/ capability development and design of rewards & recognition to achieve the set field force KPIs in coordination with retail operations and human resources team

  •  Analysing of various retail KPIS, eg: Store traffic/ promoter incentive scheme/ Sell-ins Vs Sell-Outs value/
  • Promoters performances/ Store revenue forecast
  • After which convert the analysis into actionable insights and proposed suitable business strategies
  • This role will focus on P&L analysis on business insights to increase store productivity & revenue growth
  • Training to local retail teams on new retail strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of regional retail experience or marketing
• Highly developed problem solving skill
• Analytical skill
• Strong career aspiration in retail area
• Effective time management
• Business Acumen
